this issue with blair wanting all attention brings us back to the 1st season specifically the episode entitled bad news blair, when blair's mom asked serena to model her clothes for the photo shoot... blair always felt that no matter what she does, she will never be as popular or better than serena... i think she was a bit relieved when serena left for boarding school, 'coz she had the entire school to rule for herself.. now that she's had her taste of being queen bee, she wants to keep staying on top...
the only thing that kept serena holding back from becoming a queen bee was dan.. only after she made up with blair from the whole nate thing, did she realize she really likes dan and she would actually give up her title to stay grounded with dan...
i have a theory that blair will reign in the end... serena as queen bee is just a phase... there's a reason why it's called QUEEN B!

I might not like this story line with how it effect the Blair/Serena friendship. It kinda shows that Blairs fears are right on and that Serena can outshine her and take everyone away from her even her own mother. Also, that Serena is a really really bad friend.
The writers kinda had to do this episode though b/c Serena was losing her shine and the entire plot of Serena always outshining and being better then Blair was becoming rediculous no one belived it. Most of the fan support is for Blair and Serena was going to the back lines. For Blair being the beotch of the show it sure seems like she is always the victim.

But in the pics they're wearing the standard hairband & bow which resembles B's reign as a Queen B

I don't understand why all of you think that Chuck wants Serena to be the Queen B just because then Blair will turn to him?If he really wants Blair back, he would have more easier way, for example, blair was ready to forgive him, when he just says "i love you" , but Chuck didn't.
From the books i have got the expression, that Serena was a party girl, but she wasn't mean, there is a difference.Also in the first season it seems, that Serena was a bit slut and often drunk, but she wasn't mean,just bad. So i don't understand that twist.

To be honest I liked S & Dan together. I think that she changed really quickly in just 2 episodes.

seiously the way am seeing is it is that serena is a ok friend but blair has done more than alot for her . she was complaining in season one about the whole pregnancy thing but that was a minur thing . when georgina came into the picture blair was there for her when she was drunk in the alivator doing god knows what blair was there and when they got back together with dan blair refused to support her because they didn't talk about there issues she was right . the relationship was stupid . he wanted her to change and she wnsn't capable of changing . serena is worse than blair only blair doesn't choose to hide it like that back stubbing beotch . for all i know blair should dump serenas ass and find a new BFF !!!!

I thought I would LOVE the new witchy Serena since we've never really seen her as anything besides sweet and nice (besides drunk lol), but she's starting to get on my nerves. Blair did nothing to her and she's taking yet another thing left from her. This whole storyline reminds me of the episode Bad News Blair in the first season. I know Blair can be a bitch (which I totally love) but I can totally relate to how she's feeling. It's like she's never good enough and Serena always outshines her and doesn't even have to try.
And as for Chuck and Blair, they need to get together NOW. I know he's totally still in love with her but I think his decision to take away her queendom was not his best idea. Now Blair is probably gonna hold out on him out of anger. He should have just said those three little words and they would be together now.

I agree, all he has to say is "I LOVE YOU" and she would have taken him back. But he either has some kind of serious commitment issues or he is a total idiot. He is only going to drive B further away by betraying/hurting her over and over again. I don't know where he gets the idea that she is going to go running to him if he takes everythings else away from her. That will just make her more angry with him.. And seriously it's getting annoying. I mean first he cheats on her after she forgives him and then he expects her to take him back when she gets back.(and she actually was if he had only said 'i love you') and now he is trying to take her queen status away and her friend.. I mean if I were blair I would never take him back.. and thats really sad cause I really like them as a couple. But Blair deserves better

I know S fans aren't going to like, bitch, fabulouse [debateable xD] stuck up Serena who's going to be catty and nasty, thats always been BLAIR's job and Serena fans like serena becouse she nice, grounded and get's the best storylines.
B fans aren't going to like the new S becouse she's moving in on queen B territor, not careing what her supposed BFF wants, and being being more of B!Clone than she relises, quite silly really!CHUCK/BLAIR.
Love them together, their angsty relationship is carrying the show, but too much pressure is being put on them being and OTP and getting back together, their relationship should be allowed to not exist for a while, it would be way too boring, I do belive their meant for one another, but I also belive their the couple that can never be, their too similer and think they both dislike people who remind them of themselvs too much, regardless, i'm adamnet they'll work out, i'm completly rooting for them!
