Oh goodness.
I cried at the end of that episode.
Chuck is literally the sweetest boy ever.
I''m glad he's finally growing up and realizing what he really wants in life.
And that's Blair's happiness.
And I was ad Nair broke up, but in the end, I was happy. It needed to happy. Not only for Chair, but they just weren't right for each other anymore.
And if the spin off had had it's own episode, i think I would have liked it better. I liked the one boy she met at the diner and I was sad to know that never worked out.

I agree with chair25 on Owen (the guy from Carol's bar). I really thought he was cute and hoped he was our van der Woodsen (probably the ass from the party with all of our luck). But sadly no. I'm really excited for the spin-off to start. And does anyone know what the song was that lady sang in the club where Lily and Owen were. suprinsingly I liked it?

No Doubt was playing as an 80's band and the song is called "Stand and Deliver"
I really liked the spinoff and I really hope that the CW makes it into a show

OMG..... The preview to the finale looks gooood!!! But after reading the spoilers from last week.... Do you think the the "someone is pregnant" ends up being Vanessa????? Ah, crap!! Wonder who's the daddy, eh???? AHHHHH!!!!, just when you thought C and B finally get back together??? I think that would be the ultimate piss off to last throughout the whole summer for me! I bet that's how it'll end this time around!

I am like...In love with this episode

The way that Chuck just stared at Blair when she was Prom Queen made my heart melt. Its amazingly sweet how he loves to see her happy.
And I was glad to see Nair end. Though the breakup made me feel bad for Nate, since this is basically the first time he ever showed emotion, beside the scene where he told Chuck to be a man and tell Blair how he feels.
The only thing I worry about is IF Chair gets together if it will be exciting in the end. Im a Chair fan to the end, But I dont know if the excitement will stay after they're together. Though; I have hope the writers will keep us entertained.

It wasn't fluid enough, it really seemed scrapped together by a couple amateurs. I think the flashbacks should have been eased in slowly rather than getting half an episode out of nowhere. They tried too hard with the flashbacks and should have maybe relaxed a bit more, starting with the "eighties" cinematography, normal colour would have been fine.
The prom wasn't hyped or covered enough. Half of the episode was set in the 80s, a quarter dedicated to the CeCe-Lily-Serena debacles and the last quarter was about Prom, which was could really have been done better. Blair had been dreaming of going to Prom for years and the Chuck-Blair I-wish-I-could storyline really could have climaxed perfectly had they done the episode the right way.
I didn't have high hopes for the flashback bits but come on, it was Prom, a dysmal effort.

This was an AMAZING episode. I think we were all being a little to cynical about the spin-off. It looks amazing and i really think they need to develop a decent pilot for it. You cannot do justice to it with this episode. And yeah, i all think the episode should have been great with a little more developing on GG storyline, and to watch Georgina destroy Poppy-poopper, but even though it was a half-half episode, i think they will deliver a lot for the finale. And i think the spin-off will be done. They were, as we were, expecting a low response to it, but how can you not like it????!!!!

it sucked. they ruined prom a potentially good episode with LAME ass lily. Send her to hell already along with her lame ass spin-off

I don't know, i actually liked it.
It wasn't your average GG episode. But even thou i found it nostalgic, by the way it ended. Besides, The "Rufus-Lily" storyline in the flashbacks seems stronger than the current one. Yeah i would've liked more prom scheiming-fighting drama as we are used to, but kudos! it was a nice surprise :D
PS. what happened with Georgina????

Blair: Just because we can't be together doesn't mean I don't love you.
