hey, i don't speak english fluently, and though i understand most of the dialogues, i couldn't really get the point of Dan and Serena 's scene during the opera : there are, like, two or three sentences that i defenitly don't understand, and unfortunatly it seems to be the most important ones; and to make matter worst two posts dealing with D&S are using expressions i also don't understand ("amends" and "to be on the rocks"). Anyway, here is my point : where are they going ? During the opera-thing, what are they exactly saying ? (i get the part on their parents' relationship's weirdness, but i don't really understand the part with the tiny boxes in the ocean and after, i might have understand that D says their love won't survive college but i am not sure) Could someone write it down or explain to me please ?
(at least i got that their relationship is on the edge)

The episode was just amazing! And al of us could really be the fortunetellers :) As we thought, Chuck and Lily reunite to fight Jack, and Jack was the one to atack Lily. This part of the episode wasso exciting, when Chuck started to worry bout Lily and this scene in the ladies room just awsome! He defended her like she wasthe part of his family, what actually is true now. And I'm very glad for Chuck that he acknowledged that Lily is not guilty in his father's death and now he moves back :)))

and one more thing. in the end of the episode, when Chuck decided to move back, Lily told that Jack is on his way to Sidney. So, what bout this scene, when Chuck said that Blair wouldn't touch him??? Or in the next episode we gonna see the end of the opera-evening, I mean the real end. When did he take B to some stupid party? After the opera??? In fact, now when he lost everything, he desperatly wants to revenge. And at present B is the only way to do it. Please, share your ideas!!!!

well either they are all going to yale or all staying in NY i mean the show is all about them together and not apart and if they spilt them up they need alot of new charecters which is not likly to happen HATE THE NEW TEACHER and whats up with S&D they just got back together for godssacke leave it alone for a while loved chuck this epiPosted 1/20/2009 5:52:54 PM #

I didnt like the storyline. I think it was weak. All of a sudden there is a new teacher! When did she come? Didnt the semester start like 3 weeks ago? Also now due to the fact that Dan and Serena are not going to the same college they are loosing interest and love for eachother? Serena looking at the picture as if what once was is no longer, and dan sits makes coffee for ms carr and then she and he fall for eachother? I did read the spoiler about that story but come on! it doesnt make sense. Just so you introduce new people into the show then why just add them into the story ike that. So what now Jack Bass and Jenny get together cause jack was just introduced...Please dont make this show loose its magic. Also with seeing lily and rufus locking lips takes away their story, they are meant to be the new dan and serena? i though this show was for younger generation, and about young people. The relationship was much better before they got back. Compared to the first season 2nd season is very weak! Blair goes to war wih a teacher becuase she gets a B. The dialogues were very simple i think especially between ms carr and blair. But if dan and serena breaking up and dan is getting with a teacher i will no longer be watching. this whole shos is about serena and dan, that is the couple everyone wants to be, those two asre the protogonists. Chuck and Blair are done because blair didnt want to watch chuck take himself done. Now I am sure they will get back because chuck is not going but but getting up and being happy. All the nice tid bids are absent! no more romance in the show. This episode was probably one of my least favorites of the whole show and season 2 has a lot of bad episodes.....what do you say people? what shoud be done now?

I would love to see some chair action but besides that I like the episode, it was so great to see Queen B back and when Chuck punches Jack was just amazing.

haluk cemil:, I have to disagree with you. Though I do think the storyline wasnt the best of the whole season, I thinks saying the season as a whole is weak is not true. And even though romance wasnt as strong as it was this episode, that doesnt mean it hasnt been throughout the season. Chuck and Blair have had amazing chemistry, and Dan and Serena (though they arent doing so well now...) did have romance before. I know not everyone of you adores V, but she is romantic with Nate. I think this episode wasnt meant to be the best, but more of a platform of what is to come in the rest of the (amazing) season.

omg i loved this episode! one of the best this season i loved how it was light and focused on school instead of it being all dark!
