meh i should have read all of this post and not just the insane veronica mars and gg comparison talk.
I only hope that they will not make Blair into another Vanessa and SErena going around between the guys, hoping that they will focus on Jenny's virginity and drama around that and makin gher into a flapper and leave my Blair alone...

I am not watching the show these days, comparing how Chuck kisses Blair. How he cups her breasts or smacks her ass. I don't care if she mounts him or not. I don't care if she orgasms. And are you really serious by believing watching hotter Chair sex scenes would magically transform GG into a top notch show again? and if you got a sex scene what would it do for you personally? would your life have meaning? would it make things a bit easier in your lower region?

what I meant is that their relationship is portrayed all wrong. It is OOC! And I think that if it was in character and Blair and Chuck were themselves, and like you said,
the writing would be better and consistant, then I think that the relationship would be very much alike LoVe, only with more drama since this isn't a detective show and Chuck is mroe of a BASStard than Logan!
And I completely agree with you that Logan did change but still remained the same person, he did not switch characters only because he was in a relationship, only the problem was that Veronica did not changefor him and remained her stubborn self (don't get me wrong - I like V)!
There was this one scene where VEronica says that Logan can't expect her to change... and he says "Oh, but you can?!" and I loved that scene. The writing of that show and the relationship there was so much better! they did not pull stupid lines like "I coudn't say I love you! Because I don't trust you!" (coming formt he worng party in the couple)

Yes I do know that I rant - so what?! I mean I am frustrated and writing it down makes me feel better, it's not like I am forcing you to read it, you CHOSE to!
I do not rant about sex or anything, I am just saying that the relationship that we longed to see turned out a huge disappointment! If not for the actual cute scenes, you are forgetting the fact that the couple in question is NOT CUTE! That is what I meant by noting that not only were they seperately OOC, but the relationship is not where the road would have lead the character's if the storylines weren't forced upon viewers!
And by the way, I bet 50€ that next episode's rating will drop down to between 2 and 2.3 as usual!

OK well since you put it that way i direct those to the other fappers who keep whining about not seeing chair secks. it's really confusing and annoying yo. don't want to sound prude or anything but DAYUM. i LOVED LoVe. I mean I shipped them HARD. Doesn't mean I prayed and got grumpy if I didn't see him kiss right or have sex in every episode of every scene.

i think she changed a LITTLE bit. enough to get over the stigma of dating her 'worst enemy'. cause if you think about it, unlike blair and chuck, veronica and logan weren't close pals. they were pretty much enemies in the first season. so i think for her to lower her guard a little bit and actually fall in love with him means that she had to have changed enough in order to let that happen. i like that she kept her guns though. that's one of the reasons why i ship them and any other couple in tvland that i've really liked. i don't like it when one character is brought down to the level of another and i certainly can't stand it when one is brought down in favor of another. which is what killed chair for me.

i loved that scene too. the look on veronica's face was like she'd been slapped. omg i loved logan so much in that scene. *sigh* jason dohring is so effing hot too. he put her in her place. it was beautiful. MEH I REALLY NEED TO FIND A SITE THAT PLAYS THIS GOODNESS. and i get you completely. vmars writing >>>>> gossip girl. and LoVe was completely adorable and awesome in everyway.

You are right the ratings will totally drop and nobody would be surprised!
I just read on the othr thread about the JS and SS quotes about a show being fast and dying young or something like that - and I have to say that yes mayeb the theory is correct, but honestly that doesn't mean that you have to on purposely KILL the show!
And covering their own misfortunes and cancelations of previous shows does not count as a professional opinion, they are simply saying that cause they don't know how and lack the tallent to keep a story going and keep it form becomming a total BS!
Imean shortloved is maybe 4 seasons... BUT it is NOT 2 seasons and then a barely hanging on 3rd one failing in shame... and then a 4th one added like an afterthought!
HOnestly - I think those two should be fired after SNY show's first season.... if I was or ever will be somehow involved in the entertainment branch of business, those two will not go near by project, they are like a leadweight bringing a HIT down falling fast a a rock!

For her and many other Chair fans it would.
You see, they don't watch GG to get a good, entertaining, well-written hour of television, they watch it so they can watch their favorite ship fuck, and be "cute", and the only thing that can be wrong with their ship is that they aren't getting enough ZOMG SEXYTIMEZ!!
The only thing they care about is Chuck and Blair fucking and being together, that's all, they'd stop watching if both those things were no more.
