    I think from what I've seen this season: Blair to Chuck. Just after his dad died she went above and beyond in order to help him.. Even when he rejected her or pushed her away she was still there for him. Even Chuck admitted that she was a good friend to him to Jack.

    tough question M.C, I think until now blair because she was amazing when his father died, she did everything she could for him, so i'll go with her... i hope next season if they bring back her eating disorder chuck helps her... i have to go now guys, it's late in my country, but before one last gift... i want a lot of this next season

    GG Dork, I agree with you - same reason.  Especially with those episodes. 

    

    I know that Chuck was a good friend to her with making sure the mean girls didn't ruin her at prom but overall Blair has been there for him in tougher situations and more often.  She has given him more chances even when he has continued to hurt her.
