Anyone here grow up with the GG characters? :)

   and what I mean by that is, I am the same age as the characters of GG. When they started off as sophomores, I was a sophomore at the time, also. When they were seniors, so was i; when they graduated class of '09..I was too! And when they were meeting with their counselors to decide what college they were planning to go to..so was I. When they went to college as freshman, so did I! When they turned 18, 19, etc..i was tooo! hahaha

   In a way, I kind of feel like I grew up with them, and have a connection with them because of it. Weird to say, i know.

   I always loved that about GG. I know my friends and I in HS would always laugh about that.

   lol i thought you were asking if we knew people who were like the GG characters.  My answer is no for both...

   I was a freshman in college when I started watching. Or a senior...can't remember. Somewhere around there.

   i was a sophomore in high school when it started; they were juniors, so i am a year behind. now they are sophomores in college and I am a freshman

   First time I watched GG I was 11 so I guess I grew up a bit with it, tho some of the situations in the show weren't so appropriate for my age.

   Well I'm the same age as Jenny as she grows up, but it hasn't really made me feel connected to her at all. Lol, she's probably one of my least favorite characters.

    I wouldn't worry about that much though. The "college" experience is mostly exclusive to the people in Gossip Girl. It's mostly fiction.
