Awesome finally the one thing I wanted on GG is happening. The entire show has been so damn ridiculous and this will just take it to another level of crazy. ... That's the whole point. Everything on Gg is stupid or has become crazy. If he can rise from the dead why can't he be GG and write about high schoolers. This is wrong. Bart's secret is that he raped Amira, that is what Chuck is trying to expose. That is why he payed her off with so much money, his secert has nothing to do with gossip girl. Chuck doesn't care about exposing gossip girl, that is nate. Gossip Girl is not reveled till the series finale, and she happens to be Juliet not Bart.

Bart being Gossip Girl is partially what I believe is going to happen.
I think it was ORIGINALLY conceived by Bart, William and members of that Secret Gentlemens club that are also alumni at St Judes and Constance. They hired Diana to operate the site initially because she is good at working in the media. She knows so much about it and she knows when to release and control information that gets sent to her. I think that the operator of the site may have changed at least once and this secret group of older relatives lost control of it. There could possibly have been a change in ownership in 4x03 because the site was down if I remember correctly. If Juliet is not involved in the Ivy/William takedown of Lily then she is definitely involved in the identity of Gossip Girl because Season 4 was her season.

You are right that Juliet is involved in some way, but I don't agree that Bart created the site. If you remeber from past seasons Gossip Girl began when the core cast was Freshman, it began when Serena was wearing a white dress in the rain. They site arose to report around Serena. There was nothing between Bart and Lily then so Bart would have no reason to start the site to report about Serena. I do agree Juilet may have not been her from the beginning becuase it wasn't until Serena's sophmore year that she went to border school and put ben in Prison so Juliet would have no reason to care about Serena Van Der woodson. I think the possibly founders of the site could be Nelly Yuki (why else would they bring her back all season) or William Van Der Woodson.

I don't think Bart created the site, but rather it was a collective idea conceived by him, William and other high power people. I don't think he operated either. I think Diana originally was the operator who received the tips and posted them at the perfect time. Anyone who observes the elite people of this show can see that Serena is the most powerful. She is the centre of them all and the It-girl. They all circle around her. That's why she is Gossip Girl's first target. You control Serena, you control all of them. Hence the focus on her. I also think that the operator has changed at least once so it's not necessarily in control of the parents anymore. I also think that Dan is involved in the identity of Gossip Girl, either directly or indirectly.
