Blake searching apartments worth $2-3 million..

   Spotted: Blake Lively apartment-hunting — downtown!She might play uptown hottie Serena van der Woodsen on “Gossip Girl,” but in real life, the actress has been looking for digs in TriBeCa. She recently checked out some apartments at 55 Vestry St., otherwise known as the Fairchild building, on the pricey northwestern edge of the nabe. Lively looked at multiple apartments with outdoor space in the $2 million to $3 million range.

   LOL, are you legit? This girl makes me feel SO unaccomplished. lol. 3 million dollars? I could also afford a 3 million dollar pad, but only if I were allowed to pay with a combined stash of monopoly and Canadian Tire money. lol

   Whoa! she must be making a crapload to afford and sustain that kind of price. I'm curious if this is a combined income thing...maybe Penn and Blake are going the Jessica and Ed route.

   Property's a good investment (99% of the time). She'll be able to get a loan for that amount, as long as she's earning a million per year, which I guess she gets from GG alone.

   I don't think it's crazy to think that Blake has that money to spend. She was in the Sisterhood movies, The Town, Pippa Lee, and she makes a good 50k on each episode of GG. It adds up. She's rollin in millions.

   Yep. The girl does alright. And PB are probably (most likely) moving in together so they'll split it.
