I read in the comments at livejournal and someone said this about the article:
There's nothing particularly new on S4. Chuck and Blair's relationship will be swaying, more than ever. Chuck will question everything about himself in Paris, in a sort of a redemption effort. It would be difficult for him to reintegrate his world back in New York now that he has a different perspective.

My hope for season 4 is that Chuck grows up. That he lets the shooting significantly change him to be a better person for Blair. I want Chuck and Blair together when he can treat her right and not have any of the drama they had last season. Like a real relationship for them. No hotels, uncle Jack's and fake moms. A grown up relationship would be nice. If it takes the whole season for Chuck to be that person for Blair then that's what i want. I want Chair to be together and not have to go back and forth and break-up anymore.

ITA but I think they already had a real relationship in the first half of S3. But that was boring. So I want a REAL but exciting and Chair stylish relationship when they will get back together!!
