Oh not biologically, but Dan's name is still on the birth certificate (presumably) hence making him in legal terms Milo's Dad and therefore Serena the Legal Step-Mom.

What do you expect from Chair/Dair fans? They though this show was all about them only to realize that this whole time they (Chair/NJBC) were nothing but glorified supporting chracters in Dan and Serena's love story.
And there is nothing they can do about it except for wallow in their anger from now until forever and ever.
