Reply to PostDan/Blair/Georgina SL in Season 3

I can easily see a Dan/Blair/Georgina storyline develop for Season 3. Since all are going to NYU and it looks like Blair and Georgina are going to be roommates (at least for three episodes - see home page article).
I really think this is where things could develop for Dan and Blair (and don't worry my fellow Chair fans - I do not desire a Dair romance - no offense to those that do). But I think they both have a respect for each other, even tho Blair is less likely to admit it. I would love for these frienemies to work together more. Serena will be at Brown so Blair could use someone stable in her life. Dan genuinely has people's well being in mind. I think he will come to her rescue regarding Georgina and it would be great if it could develop and last more than just three episodes. (And maybe make Chuck a little jealous along the way.)

There are a lot of threads that I really want to reply to but I'm running late but I HAVE to reply to this one. This would be AWESOME. Blair/Dan, Blair/Georgina and Dan/Georgina--three great dynamics--in one storyline. You're right, it would re-emphasize the really good features of Dan (that he can be very insightful, and that he does want things to work out for people) that sometimes got submarined this season, and he'd seriously bring the funny. I'd like to get to see Blair connecting with other people because the writers, while punishing her, made her so ALONE this season at times it hurt.
I...secretly always kind of wanted more Dan/Georgina anyways. I just want to see how they'd interact now.
I really hope they do write this as friendship not potential romance, not because I am/was a Chair fan but because the writers have been REALLY shoddy with romance/triangles over the last season. Let us see the mutual respect/bickering/conflict first. While I'm down with Chuck being a bit jealous (or anything but the smugness/indifference that characterized the awful second half of season 2 Chair dynamic), I don't want the storyline focused on Chuck.

i love the ideas!!! i always thought that D and B would have a great friendship. I loooooove chair but i think it would be interestin if they become closer by going to the same school. i always thought they had chemistry since the episode with the photo shoot and they were talkin in the hallway. it will mak as a good SL. not only could chuck get jealous but serena too. its so many possibilities that can come from that. also i want to c how dan and georgina interact with each other now after everything. it would be interestin to c dan and blair at a cafe talkin about a class and chuck sees through the window them laughin and talkin and storms in all jealous. lol i think they can create a good SL from them two without it bein romantic.

I would love if this happened. Dan and Blair vs. Georgina was awesome and I would love to see even just a hint of that again. Plus, it would be a great reference to S1. And I agree about it lasting more than three episodes. If there is one thing I would ask for is that there is no more rushing of the SL. Let things develop. Unless it's some boring NV shit or something else similar. They can just let those SL die.

She couldn't have been because then we wouldn't have seen the scene between her and Poppy. None of the other characters were witnessing their conversation, so there would be no reason to act like they didn't know one another.
What I do wonder about is the fact that Michelle Trachtenberg basically implied that G had it in for B. Now he kind of saw that at the end of the finale, but we have no idea what she has in store to terrorize Blair at school. IMO what I think would be great, is if Georgina made it seem like her and Blair were lezzies rooming together. Blair had a fear of that in going to NYU and if Georgina gave that impression to people that would mortify Blair and it could be hilarious.

JKay, me either. It shouldn't be - it should stay on Dan and Blair and the development of their relationship. And even if Georgina only lasts for 3 episodes, I hope this will atleast be the foundation for further interaction between the two that isn't initiated by some other character (ie. Serena).

yea georgina couldnve been involved bcuz she wudntve have given the money back to dan or gave her camp money to poppy. and like gweniviere said the scene wouldnt have happend. but i wonder did georgina give the camp money back after she took down poppy or kept it for herself? lol
