OMG the promo is so misleading its killing me!!! i REALLY dont want to believe that jack and blair hooked up, but yet when chuck says"blair wouldnt touch you" he looks really threatening and out of it obviously that implies something physical happening...UGH! idk i just hope that they didnt hook up, but what else could chuck have ment by that??? Maybe its a lie jack told chuck to seperate chuck from blair??

Blair and Jack just can't have hooked up. It would just ruin chuck and blair's relationship and thats the reason i watch this show so i will be really pissed if they hookeed up. Blair and chuck are the it couple of the show. They NEED to be together. What do you guys think is gonna happen. The writers just cant keep on doing this to us. I just need chuck and blair to be happy together. They need each other. they complete each other. what do you guys truly believe blair meant by he doesnt need to know about new years???

I did something I shouldn't have done which is read the threads b4 watching the episode tonight and I'll tell ya...it completely ruined the experience because the entire time I was wondering what the heck the writers are up to and how the love story seems so much darker now. Is it bad that I want CHUCK to snap out of it now?
Also, I think BLAIR WOULDN"T TOUCH YOU instead necessarily the line that comes before WHY DON"T YOU ASK HER. The writers tend to cut and paste the previews.

Guys may be Jack told Chuck that if he didn't give him something...(I don;t know) he would sleep with Blair....And we all know that the Basses family is very good to that...
And then Chuck told to Jach that she wouldn't touch kim...

I like "love Bluck's" thinking! Maybe Jack is threatening to go after Blair if Chuck doesn't give him what he wants (control of the Bass empire). And that's why Chuck said "Blair wouldn't touch you."
I am totally sure Jack and Blair didn't sleep together... the promos are DESIGNED to be misleading and as someone else said, if that was really what happened, they wouldn't just give it away in a commercial.
I know Chuck is supposed to continue his wild ways and then Jack probably realizes he was wrong in thinking Chuck could be CEO, so he wants to run Bass industries himself... Chuck will fight him for it, and maybe Jack will threaten to go after Blair, and that's why he said "Blair wouldn't touch you" (which is exactly how I feel about all this!)

mrs.westwick - I don't think that's what Jessica was referring to... I mean we've already seen a step-son (Marcus) sleep with his step-mother on the show, and Jack/Blair technically wouldn't be as disturbing as that. I am really curious about what Jessica was talking about though!

And for all you saying that Blair was so upset and hurt and that explains why she slept with Jack... NO I don't think so!! Yes Chuck left and she was very upset by that, but his note said:
"I'm sorry for everything. You deserve much better. Don't come looking for me."
It wasn't like "I hate you... don't love you... we'll never be together" - quite the contrary it was a really selfless thing for him to do and shows how much he cares about her to feel like he's not good enough for her and to leave her because of that.

Jack wants Bass Industries for himself... the preview shows him telling Chuck he should be CEO, but he probably realizes Chuck is in no shape to handle it and his greed gets to him and he decides he wants to run the company.
Then it would make TOTAL SENSE that Jack would try to hook up with Blair, since she's the one thing Chuck loves (as we all know, even though he won't say it) - that would explain what was said about her & Jack in the promo - doesn't mean she will/did sleep with him though, I don't think she ever would!
