I really like Blair and Chuck, though I'll admit that I did NOT like Chuck at first. I think that's *why* I enjoy his character so much now - I wasn't expecting to find him entertaining or complex or someone to root for. I also think Ed and Leighton are stellar actors, so they're likewise responsible for ramping up the admiration factor for both of their characters.
Honorable mentions for Dorota and Cyrus, too. ;)
I don't dislike any character, really, but if I had to pick, it'd be a tie between Vanessa and Serena:
Vanessa's hair is always done up to look like a frizzy poodle (Jessica has lovely hair in every picture, why can't they leave it alone?), I don't care for her fashion sense (that orange dress from Lily's wedding was hideous), and she's beyond pushy. Taken as a whole, it serves her up as an often aggravating package.
Serena got on my bad side for being a terrible friend to Blair - sleeping with Nate and then running away, all the modelling/Eleanor issues, taking over the clique and then telling Blair off when she admitted she was hurt/bothered by S's nastiness, trying to destroy B's dream of going to Yale... Really horrible behaviour, imo - especially since Blair's always looking out for her (forgiving her for Nate, helping her with Georgina, helping her when she was a drunken mess, trying to be respectful of Eric with the whole Asher debacle, stepping in when Lily wanted to send S away, etc.).
In any event, I think all the actors do a great job with what they're given, and that every single character serves a purpose. Can't wait to see who the writers are going to make me love/dislike next! :)

My favorite is Blair, like come on, she's pretty beast.
Least is whats his face that's Serena's new boyfriend. All of the other guys on the show (Dan, Nate, Chuck), they're pretty hot. But that whatshisface is not hot at all. He doesn't belong there.

I LOVE Chuck. He's not cheesy or boring, he's a jerk and doesn't act like anything else. Ed Westwick does a fantastic job of playing him, expecially in the funeral episode.
Vanessa is boring; she adds nothing to the story. I don't like Lily or Rufus either. Their story is unoriginal and dull.
Jenny isn't that bad, but she's not my favorite.

Chuck and Blair r for sure my favorite characters. I liked J for a few epis and now shes annoying and dresses like a gothic slut. I like S sometimes, but i think she was totally selfish and mean at Bart's funeral! Also I like Dan xpt he thinks he so gr8 and he stopped B and C from the ilu.

addiction your a wuz XD sorry, dont take it too personal,
but thats what the show is suppose to be about, nasty games of spoiled upper east siders.
its sad serena doesnt go along, that would make the show far more interesting.

Tie for both spots (actually a triple tie on worst):
Best: Chuck and Blair... Self explanatory...
Worst: Jenny, Vanessa, and Serena... They all suck as actors and they all have the least depth to them. Uninteresting, and take up a horrible amount of space that could be dedicated to other interesting plotlines and characters (cough cough, chuck and blair).
