Jenny is the awesome fahsion designer with enough courage to almsot egt emancipated.
Chuck is just the hottest and most wonerdful Devil ever!
Least Favourite: Vanessa! and Dan!
Vanessa is a pointless character that egts int eh way of everything and she is so nosy and is way too obsessed with Nate
Dan is so annoying and secret spilling. He was alright when he was with Serena but without Serena he has no personality and is so boring.

Favorite: Chuck and Blair.
Least: DEFINITELY Jenny Humphrey. She's such a pain in the ass, even in her social grave. I'm not a huge fan of Serena as well.

My fave characters are:
Lily, I think Kelly Rutherford does a great job of playing this character, as a previous post mentioned and the I do like to believe that true love does eventually prevail. Besides Mathew Settle and Kelly Rutherford share an amazing chemistry on screen.
Blair and chuck because though they may be diabolical at times, they are loyal and come through for friends and family when needed.
Eric because there's something reallys sweet about him.
Ohh and I like Rufus too.
I really dont have any least fave characters, I think GG is very well written and while some episodes this season such as the chuck & the eyes wide shut storyline were not up to the mark, for the most part, the show has witty dialogues, great music, fantastic acting and a great ensemble cast.

Eric, Jenny and Chuck are my fave's while Vanessa and maybe Nate are my least fave's.

Favorite;;Chuck-- Favorite Male. He doesn't try to be anyone other than who he is, and he's just sexy and gorgeous. He also has this mysterious side, like about his mother. Once someone cracks past his exterior, he's someone entirely different. If I knew him in real life, and I broke past, I would consider that a huge accomplishment for myself, and my friendship with Chuck. I could just go on and on.
Blair-- Favorite Female. She's everything I want to be, and more. She's gorgeous. She's strong and can rise from the ashes. She has quick little quips she makes. C-- The games over when I say it is. B-- Then have fun playing with yourself. Stuff like that make my day. When I watch my season one boxset, I start acting like her. She's just an amazing character as well. I want the writers to delve more into her bulimia, especially if her and Chuck ever break up. (Which I hope they don't.) Blair's really our angst for the show.
Least Favorite;;Dan-- Least Favorite Male. They screwed his character up from the book. He's not supposed to date Serena for this long. He's supposed to go gay for a bit. He's supposed to be a deeply disturbed poet that always remains on the outside. Now I know he's more excited and the insider on the outside, blah blah blah, but I like book Dan better. End of story.
Vanessa-- Least Favorite Female. This is a character the producers messed up completely when they made the TV show. She's supposed to go to Constance Billard, she's supposed to have a shaved head and wear big clunky boots, and she's supposed to be Dan's true love. Now she's creepy documentary girl that somehow knows everything. They have to get rid of her for good now. They ruined her character completely. (Not to mention Jessica Szhor took Ed Westwick off the market. =P) Vanessa can come back in the final episode of Gossip Girl and be Dan's true love, like she's supposed to be. Until then, get lost on your trip, or go back to Rhode Island.

Second faves, in no particular order - Jenny, Eric, Dan, Serena, Lil.
Third, simply because they're minor characters - Dorota, Cyrus, Eleanor, Jonathan, Georgina, Nelly
Fourth - Rufus
Least Fave - Nate, Vanessa.
