I can honestly say I like the way Chuck operates. Even back in the day... he does have distored ways of dealing with things sometimes however, he does do things to help people out. But in this last episode he actaully went to see Vanessa with the wrong intentions yes, but came out with a different persective on it all, and the idea to help someone with a worthy cause.

Vanessa does see something in him. And Blair does bring out the Devil in him. That isn't saying much for Blair.

BTW: that was a pretty hooker-ish thing to do... bribe someone with sex? Uhhh yeah...

I love Blair.. I love how she's bitchy and her character is so awesome on that show..

I also like Chuck's character :). Love the way he talks and I like the way he carries himself.

My least favorite is Vanessa!! She shouldn't have treated B the way she did last episode! Like she doesn't know what type of girl B is.. you mess with B she's always going to find a way to bring you down ^_^ B is sooo fierce and I love it

xoxogg, I'd love to know why it's okay for Blair to be a complete bitch and when Vanessa is a bitch- she's just a bad bitch, but B, she's your hero when she's a bitch? Hmmm doesn't seem like a consistant argument.

See Mary, I'm not picking on you and only you... I'll 'pick' (or question) on anyone who's post doesn't seem to be consistant.

I can understand where xoxogg is coming from.

Vanessa is this supposedly uber-nice (imo, also extremely boring-not that it's related to her being uber-nice) character who stays out of the UESiders little power plays and all that stuff; cuz it's apparently way beneath her. Okay, that's fine, whatever...but than she turns right around and pulls this stunt! come on, hypocrytical much? at least Blair is always upfront about being who she is. example: "I'm the crazy bitch around here."

So we love to hate her, hate loving her...whatever, I for one, love her. Would I like someone like that in real life? no. but this is television. :]

The thing is for my that I honestly enjoy both Blair and Vanessa but that is just me. I can kinda agree about the hypocrytical part but I sorta saw her playing be Blairs rules sorta. To me I know mostly everybody loves B[I am sorta annoyed with her antics this season but enjoyed her more last season] but with V it sorta seems like a love her or hate her thing and that is fine to.

I think I am the only one who enjoys watching the Blair and Vanessa interactions. It just reminds me of fire playing with fire or UES bitch vs Brooklyn bitch. Am I the only one who finds them amusing?

Theresa: I do have to say that the B and V interactions are at least way better than V's other storylines... I just have a hard time liking the V in the show when I liked the V in the books so much better. In them she was a true badass and didn't give a damn what anyone thought. Maybe if they bring her around to that it would get better; as it is, I just don't like when she gets all judgemental (same for Dan, even though I like him otherwise). Who knows, though, maybe this is the start of her becoming that person. I have to admit that I liked seeing B jealous...It's about time! Poor Chuck has been jealous plenty of times when she's been w/Nate and then Lord Marcus. The more I think about it the more excited I am about V and C's friendship...it should make for some very interesting plotlines.

As for B, even though I love her, there have been more times in the past 3 episodes where I just wanted to slap/shake her than in the whole 1st season. I feel as though the writers made her a little pettier this season and more consumed w/just herself; I want them to bring back the more glorious Blair from season 1! But no matter what she always be my fav, next to Chuck, that is. ;]

Chuck Bass is definitely my favorite character on the show. I think he brings fun and excitement to show and the lives of the other characters. Without him I tihnk it would be rather boring for all the Upper Eastsiders.

It's really hard not to like him, I guess I am just a suckers for the bad boy type.

Fav: Blair is the reason I watch the show. She is great. Chuck is a close 2nd Least fav: Rufus and Lilly i can't hit the FF on my DVR fast enough when they enter the show. YAWN. If I wanted to watch a show about people falling in love in their 40's, I'll save that for Carrie, Miranda, Charlotte, and Samantha. At least they were interesting.
