S can't be pregnant because she is on the pill (since she was 15 as blair said). Blair can't be because she hadn't slept with anyone. If she had slept with Jack, she already knew if she's pregnant because it takes a month to find out.. and we are in february in the show right? And she didn't slept with chuck the night he runs away because she had the dress on when he left. I think it's Eleanor.. Or Miss Carr that pretended to be pregnant. It seems that the guys that doesn't like to use condoms are Dan and Nate... so..maybe Vanessa??
