    DC was tge setting for the best American TV drama ever.  The great thing about having a political connection to your drama (this one might not), is that politics is truly universal, so it really broadens the themes you can cover.

    One thought though.  If Stephanie is going to be working on this ABC show as well, who is going to be the de-facto show runner for GG?  John "I fucked up the final Gilmore Girls season" Stephens?  Will they bring back Henderson and Steinberg?  Will GG be allowed to die a dignified death or will it be dragged kicking and screaming to a shallow grave and burried alive by the CW?

    ofcourse when the show is not racist and makes everyone the bad guy and making America the best place in the world kind of hits a nerve but  apart from that i love the good wife.

    I only watched the fourth and then fifth season, for some reason Wednesdays are always busy days....it was on since 1999 and i was little then, politics werent really in my interest zone...

    and the good wife is more interested in legal issues rather than politics, it says alot about the women we forget when there is a sex and corruption scandal, we always focus on the man and this show pretty much opens our eyes to see the scorned woman.

    Sounds interesting.

    I've got all the WW on DVD.  Seasons 1-3 are the best.  Bits of Season 4 and 7 are great as well.

    i think i will watch season 1-3, people always tell me how great the first 3 seasons were. i think all shows lose their umm charm? when season 3 ends. although it happed the end of second season for GG, it really is an exceptional show. 

    and i love MAD MEN so i am kind of inlove with you icon.

    I was thinking they would be johnny back too. I hope not, but truth be told, Steph isn't all that great a showrunner anyway. Hopefully they can poach someone awesome, like Matt Weiner. LOL, could you imagine?
