She was begging chuck to take her back , and as usual he targeted his anger at her. We are back at square one. She is gambling her mother's legacy for him while he sold her for his . "I always put you first" he did not . I though they will be back as equal characters , but she was squirming and desperately trying to please him.
I also did not like her coming to him still in a relationship , she always come back to him from another man's arms.
Nothing changed

I don't know why anyone expected their reunion to be different. This is the Chair dynamic. Always has been, always will.

Teacakes -- I see her point. And I understand that the majority of Chair fans are pleased with the storyline. But looking at it from another perspective, there were some fundamental issues with the way they brought Blair back to Chuck.

You do realise that Waldorf Designs would have been bankrupted earlier this year if he hadn't paid the dowry right? So if she chooses to gamble her mothers company with Chuck then thats her decision . She's going all in with him. Her decision.

This is their endgame reunion and after all they have been through i excpected some character growth. She did not ask him to pay the dowry , and he skipped town cause he slept with soemone else and sold her. I love chuck but they cannot rewrite the story to make it seem like he put her first all the time. Plus , she dating other people does not make them even cause he dated other peole too. I understand that he does not want her back when she was still tehnically with Dan , but him telling her she is not enough and blaming her for his dad's behaviour is unecessary

their equal standard is when Chuck has the Empire and Blair Waldorf has nothing..so when Blair has money (from Waldorf Company) she could sacrifice all of her mother's work to gambling in Casino to get Chuck's Empire back..she is Blair Waldorf who sacrifices herself to her boyfriend's Uncle to get her boyfriend's hotel..you don't have to surprise here..they are equal now..always :)Posted 5/15/2012 12:05:36 PM #

as much as i am a Chair fan , i agree that that was the message that was portrayed and i was shocked at the sexism of it.

i'm sorry, but i'm pretty sure chuck wasn't trying to break up louis/blair marriage!! he was sitting back letting her be happy!! eleanor dragged him in, she told him she loves him, georgina filmed it, and dan sent it in........NOT CHUCK'S FAULT SHE LOVES HIM.
