Im getting my wisdom teeth removed tomorrow morning. Unfortunately, I'm not sure whether im going to be put to sleep or be awake, because I have to see how much my insurance will cover. But OMG, i am sooo nervous. My stomach hurts.. oh, and god..i hope I don't say anything I am not supposed to when they drug me up.
Have you ever taken yours out? If so, how was it? Did it hurt after? My bottom 2 are impacted and top 2 arent..

I had to get 4 of my wisdom teeth removed in order to get braces. I got 2 off per week, and the first time, it didn't hurt too bad. The second time I was crying. Lol, they used a shot to numb it up.

hope to god that you will get laughing gas to be put to sleep. i don't know how it would feel to be awake. you will probably look like a chipmunk for a while after it's over, which is amusing. and if you do get laughing gas make sure someone gets what you say and do on video. seriously it was hilarious when my brother and i got them out. the most important advice i can give you is to make sure that you DO NOT EAT THE FOODS YOURE NOT SUPPOSED TO EAT! follow the rules they give you otherwise you will probably get dry sockets that hurt like a bitch and you'll have to put cloves in them which are absolutely disgusting. so yeah. good luck!

I had mine taken out two years ago. They used a shot to numb my mouth, but it still hurt when they were drilling. But after that they gave me Vicodin to take, resulting in a quite interesting week.

ohh no. thanks guys! I kinda feel better? haha who am i kidding..im still going insane. i hate going to the dentist to do a cavity let alone this!

i did the surgery. i was bad..but went faster than i though. it was only about 30 min. at least, i think so. I was way to drowzy from the laughing gas..so i don't really know. I was awake..and they did numb me, but he didn't num me that well on the right side, so when they were digging in IT HURT SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO...OOOOO....OOOOOO...OOOOO...OOO...oooo..OOOO..OOoooo BAD! It's my fault though, i didn't realize i wasn't numbed enough! but i got it over with. I am currently in bed, with cotton all stuffed in my mouth, and im still numb. I still haven't even began the real thing, because I am still numb, so i don't really feel any pain. But when it goes away, im sure its going to be bad. And i already look like a gorilla, god knows how big my cheeks are going to get. UGH, horrible way to start my winter break. But i needed to get it over with. hmm..maybe i should watch GG to make me happier. haha. it's nice to relax in bed for a while though, i really need it. This week was so hectic.
I just realized, i think the doctor wanted to give me a hand shake when it was all over, and i think i gave him a high-5 instead. wow

and i just realized i have been drooling blood without even noticing! i can't wait to get this over with and start my break!
