   I agree actually.  Outside the confines of high school and that social system what power does Blair really wield to have unpaid minions running after her?  Bitchy, petty Blair just seems a bit stupid and annoying now.

   I think she is just going through a pregnant bridezilla mode at this stage. It is not a pretty phase for many girls no matter how mature they are even if they are not hormonal.

   well, she doesn't have any sisters and usually, brides-to-be are complete pains in the ass to their "closest" female family members. so by default, she has to revert to minions.
