NYC Prep - Reality series trying to be as GGish as possible

   So i live in Canada so i have no way of watching the preview, but from what i can see of the pics and the description of this new show it looks like they're totally trying to copy GG

   kinda like Laguna Beach tried to do with the OC

   i really wish i could see the preview to get a better sense of what it will be like but unfortunately they've restricted it to ppl who live in the US :(

   I say thumbs down to that fuckin show!!! I hated laguna beach and alot of reality shows besides the ones where they are competin bcuz its not real if cameras are there. Theyre gnna put on a facade for the cameras by always lookin fierce not doin anythin majorly disgustin and try to copy the shows lik the oc n gg. I def wudnt watch it

   It looks exactly like an amateur replica of Gossip Girl. Compared to Blair, Chuck, Dan, Serena, etc. they look like little kiddies trying to copy the cooler, older kids in their school. It doesn't look interesting enough to me. I don't think they could ever stand a chance with Gossip Girl. It looks lame.

    Well I'm wondering who they got to agree to do the show because a lot of people who live in the UES and go to Spence, etc, said they would never do it because they didn't want to damage the family name.

    Maybe some new money kids? Because if you've ever seen the Real Housewives of New York, none of those women are socialites. They're all new money.
