   actual canon that dan's inner ego is a woman writing shit about her friends. actual canon that he called blair a slut in s1. actual canon that he was partly responsible for the death of blair's child.

   Hi, I know we haven't spoken before, but I kinda been visiting the forum over the past 5 years, I never dared to post but I swore I would do it on the day GG ended.  I just want to see I agree, I totally get what you are talking about.  It just ridiculous to me, they shouldn't have done this storyline.

   It's impossible that Dan can be GG, they wrote around it by ignoring logic and made a million plot holes as a result. Best to ignore it and focus on the stuff that actually made sense.

   woah Elena (nice Beyonce gif btw!) that's just...I mean I hate Dan but the finale just made me hate him (and the writers) more. And everyone laughing about it and forgiving him was just bizarre and ridiculous. I hate that they made Dan GG because back in s1, he was pretty likable minus a few judgey/pretentious/douchey moments. And this really ruins that. and wow he was responsible for CB's crash and B's baby dying and so much other shiz that GG caused. The worst thing about this retcon is that they tried to tell us that GG/Dan has been good all along. AS IF!!!! I hate these writers, those brainless failures think we're morons who will believe anything, when we've actually watched the show and seen that this is a total retcon. I hated the DS/Dan stuff in the finale :P I hope someone puts an edited version on youtube because I'm so not watching that again. Dan is the worst. This ep just sealed the deal, I hate him so much!!!!

    yeah the danfans had absolutely no problem with the horrible OOC writing when DB were happening and now they're outraged because of what happened with Dan. Well DB wouldn't have been canon at all, EVER if it weren't for these horrible writers, so they should be thanking them haha
