The thought that Nate might be Serena's first never entered my head. Her shagging Nate and the subsequent snuff video marked the end of her as UES wild child not the beginning.
Although that all happened before the timeline of the series, so it's difficult to be 100% sure exactly what anyone was like before the timeline of the show started.
