what am i talking about? something that happens too damn much and it's beyond retarded.

i am talking about threads. if you notice the 'loving' and 'praising' threads don't get much said in them other than the SAME kind of postage. 'omg this person rox omg that person rox i luv this ship'. people post in it and they talk about the luv and it's all great. nothin wrong with that.

if you also notice you don't get a bunch of obama like people who want to post 'omg you need to get a life GTFO OVER IT I DON'T LIKE WHUT YOU DO SO STFU'

but people who feel the same way on the negative side of the spectrum, all of a sudden EVERYONE has something to say.

its not rocket science, if you are able to read and post in this forum then you're able to deduce. you can tell whut the thread is about from the OP and the title. you think you won't like it, THEN DON'T READ/POST in it. simple as that. cause comin in and talking about how annoyed you are and how stupid the thread is and then casually bashing those posting in it makes you look more of an ass than the ones you're claiming to post about. this is why so much drama keeps getting ahead. when it's all love no one cares. but when it's crictism people wanna bitch.

i don't know why people get so butthurt just cause some people don't like what they do. and trust me for someone who has been there you HAVE to feel a certain way about the topic at hand in order to climb on a high horse and post about people who don't like it like you do. if anybody needs to get the fuck over anything constant redundant posters who bash about 'bashing' needs to get over that. but like you want peace in the stuff you like, then give every one else theres. i bet the sooner people do that, the less drama infests ggi.

i'm not trying to govern shit either. but common sense is comon damn sense. and for the record there is a difference between challenging someone's opinion and DEBATING vs people who charge in and just go 'this whole thread is stupid you guys are stupid get something better to do... if you hate the show why watch it?!'

- first off, me personally i don't like to like the show to have a goddamn opinion and i don't need to enjoy it to have one. this is a fansite, this is not germany circa the 40s. we don't all have to feel the same way and like the same things.

- those who complain about complaining always seem dumber than whut they bash.

- and i find it personally ironic those who whine about people their respecting opinions are NEVER respecting the opinions of those they do that to.

- also highly ironic, not a single person on this site enjoys EVERYTHING about gossip girl. whether it being a character made to be hated or one made to be loved. yet when you talk about what you could care less about, do you want people giving you shit for it? hell to the fuckin no. so why do that to others? why do you think you are god and can do whatever you want but condemn others?

i know i am guilty of doing it before. but i fuckin learned QUICKLY not everyone is gonna like what i like or feel the way i feel. and you know what? i don't care if they do or don't. you love vanessa and chair? good. i don't. oh well. you state your reasons why i state mine. sometimes i challenge them and challenge don't always mean disrespect. it often gets disrespectful when people get overly insensitive about things and feel personally attacked even if they really weren't. if you are still in high school, try out for the debate team and you learn the difference real quick. if you are older than high school and still don't know the differences... god bless your soul.

but long story short. stop governing.

you don't have qualifications to do so.

I remember somebody calling my thread stupid a while back but if that person said she's changed then i'm willing to believe it. No one is perfect. we learn news things everyday

and Gurlpz probably has her reason for saying what she said so before attacking her as the op suggest. let her make her argument.

If you probably haven't noticed but I have never gone into a thread saying it is pointless and stupid. This was the first time. I'm not trying to run this forum. I was just trying to say spreading animosity in one way or another is dumb. Why keep making hatred threads all the time? It just makes GGI look bad.

isn't that the point though? by bashing those who were bashing the character and telling them to get a life?

i agree with you on one thing tho. 200 threads is a bit much. every 10 pages and another hate vanessa thread is a bit much.

but its redundant to tell people what to do with their time when you don't have the authority to do so.

and this entire thing wasn't aimed at you its towards everyone who gets so damn offended by criticism threads. and i ain't trying to be hypocritical, cause i did it too. once i realized how retarded it was i stopped. those thread like the i hate l8n ones designed to get 'revenge' on everyone who don't like chuck or chair or whatever don't count. clearly people were trying to be asses on purpose.
