Undecided S and D? or S and N?

   Im so undecided about who Serena should be with! Right now im leaning alittle more towards Serena and Dan, i cannot stand Dan being with Vanessa. I like both Nate and Dan , they both have showed they truly cared about Serena at some point right? So what do you guys think Serena and Dan or Serena and Nate?

   Derena, all Serenate did was have sex, their relationship had no substance. Besides from 4x04 I'm pretty sure it's obvious Serena was going to choose/is leaning toward Dan.

   I used to want/ship Serenate, but when they finally got together, they were kinda boring.. :(

   Its true that both care about her i guess - but i think its made clear who she cares about more. I mean, it was really weird to me. The way serena chose tripp over nate and then one episode later claimed to have waited a long time to be with Nate? The main reason I fell in love with DS in the first place was because it was so clear they'd do anything to be together <3

   DS for sure.  I haven't seen last night's episode yet though. 

   For me Serena has much better chemistry with Dan (maybe because Penn's her rl bf).  There's also more contrast between their characters, which creates more natural tension and presents more opportunities for development.  They also have a shared history and Serena seems to be more communicative and trusting towards Dan than Nate right now. 

   IMO Serena and Nate are too similar and because of that their characters don't push each other anywhere.  They share a common background and probably know pretty much everything there is to know about each other, which is a good thing, but it does limit the tension within the relationship.

   You said it perfectly. I personally love Derena - I used to want Serenate, but then they got together and were ridiculously boring. The only bad thing about Derena is the whole stepbrother/stepsister thing. Awkward..
