s. The only theory I could possibly add is that the DNA test says something along the lines of Sample 1 is a match and Sample 2 is not a match. I answered that below...That would sort of be stupid because 1 and 2 are confusing...what if you forgot which samples belong to which. they would tell you right there. I'm just wondering how she got Chuck'sDNA and Louis's DNA without them noticing...Some things are obvious like blood type but DNA?

First of all, I think that you're overanalysing it to an extent not even the writers have thought about it.
I think we can say with certainty that Blair has only slept with two people in the time frame, Chuck and Louis. She doesn't NEED to have two sets of DNA samples. She can get a sample from Louis, with who she's spent her summer. If it's a match, the sprog's Louis', if it's not then it's not his. The test would just indicate that the Sample Donor is the father.

Although it doesn't sound like Blair to lie about who the father of her child is, it also isn't like Blair to just decide to drop the chance of being a princess and run back to Chuck because the baby is his. Yeah that is exactly what she did in the finale after the bartmitzvah though, but eh. It's my opinion that she cares more about the title than Louis. And although she has always acted vulnerable around Chuck and Nate when dating them, she's so vulnerable with Louis to the fact that she looks like she's just sucking up, that it annoys me.
Exactly! It's annoying me how she is choosing a title over someone she knows would make her happier and more fulfilled. Like Safran said Chuck, Dan and Louis all fulfill Blair in different ways. She has to pick which one fulfills her in the right way so she can be happy forever. Louis is all about the title, and soon Blair will realise that's nothing without spark, chemistry and happiness etc..

That's right. I think she would have only taken Louis' DNA (a hair sample probably). Then it says positive or negative. Louis probably doesn't know if he is the father or not, but is assuming he is as Blair is still with him.

Blair said to Chuck (in episode 3 or 4) "I wish the baby was yours" after she told him she was pregnant. Louis found the test and I'm pretty sure Blair would have stopped it mid-speech and said "Louis! I don't know what you think, but it's not it! I swear", etc, etc. Louis is not up for raising Chuck's baby, regardless of being in love with Blair. The showrunners, writers, etc are not going to confirm the paternity, because they know that once it's been defined, it gives Chair and Dair fans a lack of hope that they'll be rekindled, but it also confirms that if it is Louis' baby, that she'll miscarriage and run back to Chuck or go to Dan. The producers are playing us and trying to make us guess in hopes that we still have faith in Blair's choice. I understand that it only takes ONE time to get pregnant, but I'm pretty sure that the ONE time Blair and Chuck had sex he would have used protection, as Chuck Bass is the type to wear it. Blair and Louis' have had sex numerous times, so the chances of it being his is just much more obvious. Therefore, the baby must be Louis'. If the writers made Chuck's baby, then all hope is gone for Dair or Blouis. They're playing us out and keeping us guessing. But to me, Louis finding the test and bringing it up to Blair is good enough. But UNTIL I see the test and hear the words for Blair's mouth that it's Chuck's baby (or possibly Dan's, as you NEVER know with this show), than I FIRMLY believe it is Louis' baby.

ahaha I'm laughing not because of you guys but because If my father sees that I've searched : Paternity test on the web he is actually going to kill me (lol). But I've been gratefull to help you understand paternity tests anyway
