I would have to go with Dair.
Chuck and Serena have this 'brother and sister' vibe now and I actually prefer it that way. I just think it's nice to see Chuck being there for Serena in a brotherly sort of way.
I think it would be awesome if Dair had a 'OMFG' moment. Who knows how much sexual chemistry these two could create? :)

of course Dair .. sorry but serena and chuck couldn't be together as coulple !! serena is taller than chuck and if she wears heels she will be more taller to stand behind chuck ,, and I don't like to see that !!!

leightonlover, the reason you gave for not wanting them together is really really weird. What does height have to do with two people having chemistry?

Height has nothing to do with chemistry....
Anyway... I think both couples have great chemistry. Right now though I have to go with Dair. The writers are trying to ram the whole "their siblings!11" down our throats with the CS thing yaaawwn.
CS could be soo HOT though, the pool scene in 1x12 anyone?

because in a couple I always like to see the man taller than the woman ...and that is will not be the case if chuck and serena happen to be a couple !!! I think it is not weried .. also their chemistry is not that hot together .. I think serena is too hot for chuck !!!
that is just my opinion :)

That scene made me completely forget about the Chuck/Blair interaction that happened before it at the time, that's how hot they were.
we haven't really been given many chances to see Dairs sexual chemistry.
Im shocked to see some of these progressive answers in this thread, people actually acknowledging this fact.
Perhaps if you wanna see some sexual chemistry between the two, that's happened on the show already, you can watch the bathroom scene in 2x17, or the play scene in 2x18.

Neither, they don't really have SEXUAL chemistry. I think even Serenate have more sexual chemistry than CS and DB (but both CS and DB have more chemistry probably thanks to acting skills... but not SEXUAL imo).
