    I just have this to say.

    If they did do Chuck/Serena, they might be a lot of fans going crazy about Derena all over again. I say this b/c once you cross the "step-sibling" line, after that  no one can say "Dan and Serena can't happen again, they're step-siblings...!" Gotta be lovin' the everyone's related, let's all have incest bandwagon. just kidding, maybe.

    Really for me, I don't even compare Dan and Serena to Chuck and Serena.  Dan and Serena were two people who fell in love, had a relationship, that relationship ended and now their parents are married.  If they went back into a relationship I wouldn't be really grossed out by it because they never acted like siblings.

    Chuck and Serena on the other hand have never had a relationship, parents got married, they start to interact as siblings, continue to interact as siblings when one of the parents dies, and then the idea of them getting together as a couple...yeah that is what completely grosses me out.
