No, they've been thought about for awhile, it just seems bigger now because this season finally developed their relationship more

Ok, I didn't mean it literally, and there's always different tastes, of course some person here and there would think about them but I mean in general, I was just giving a comparison. :)
And with the secondary character, AL, you're probably right; as I said before, the Penelope thing is just an obsession I have. But revealing GG as someone completely anonymous... I'd prefer he/she was something well known, with the flashbacks and stuff, but someone we've already watched doing something in a previous episode. Hard, I know; the producers have something to work about now if they want to

I get that. I think they won't reveal the identity though. Whilst pretty much everything else in the show is becoming repetitive and predictable, it would be nice for them to leave one thing up in the air.Posted 3/28/2011 4:30:16 PM # -

I'm curious, don't get me wrong. But, I just feel like if they told us who it was, it would ruin Gossip Girl for me... I like the mystery of people wondering who he/she is. Gossip Girl is a character all on his/her own. Why ruin that by telling us? Just my opinion.

I'd prefer them not tell us who she is, especially for a the series finale because that would be such a predictable storyline to end the show with

AL, I think you're way too smart in your comments for my english and my perception of the show.. I can't get so deep like you in another langauge and for a show that has 10% of real life in it..
I don't know, it may be the right thing to keep the secret but I REAlly WANNA KNOW WHO THE FUCK GG IS... Just so I'm not going to wonder the next 10 years, like I've been wondering how Roseanne ended and what was real and what wasn't at the end of it..

Gossip Girl is Bart Bass. He staged his own death so that the secret would not be discovered. He was a tad paranoid if I remember correctly.
