Blair was being nice when she apologized, but Serena gave her a huge hissy fit and Blair will always be Queen B no matter what happens.

Blair, obviously.
Serena tried to be nice and I liked her for it. In fact, I never even liked Blair until the Poison Ivy episode where we learned she had a heart. Blair always backed Serena up when she was in trouble and (except, of course, in times of feuding) has always had Serena's best interests at heart. I agree that Blair can be hard to handle at times but I also agree with what Jenny said in the last episode.
I wouldn't be so upset with Serena if she wasn't intentionally trying to hurt Blair.

Well,im totally on blair side, but this means, that i would like to see nice blair, who has a nice boyfriend and who is nice to everyone,who is popuar, because she is beautifu,charming and fun, and you know what would love to see? This Blair with Dan! Serena is born bitch, how she just smiles when she says terrible things to others, cmon, she is like her mother, who is manipulative and selfish (how she treated Rufus

Its all about serena everyone shpuld know that she is way more powerful that Blair. She has more shine to her star unlike blair who is always clawing her way to be noticed
