    but this made me laugh. mtv asked gabe saporta (if you dont know who he is by now, you suck) what his fav. songs were of 08 and he said these two.

    MGMT, 'Electric Feel:' I really only liked this song when I thought the lyrics were, 'Ooh girl, club you like a baby seal.' Then learned the real lyrics and hated it. Then it showed up on 'Gossip Girl' and I loved it again.

    Lincoln hawk – Every time you blahblahblhaYo. Whatever. This song kinda blows. But this is fucking Jenny Humphrey's dad!!!!!As a Gossip Girl fan, I always ask myself, "would I rather end up as the idealistic, pseudo-hip Rufus Humphrey? Or would I rather be the successful and ruthless Bart Bass (well, Bart is dead now, so it's kind of a moot point, but you get the idea). So this question begs another question: who gets the girl? And duh, just like in real-life, it's the guy with the money

    Bloc Party - Signs, not only because its in an extremely emotional scene, but because I adore Bloc Party (seeing them in October :) for the second time.. yey!)
