if you watched the show from the beginning you would all see that chuck and blair are simply meant to be, ever since the limo incident. so chuck may go a little crazy, my theories are that he is hitting jack, because apparently jack comes back this episode and everyone goes a little off there rocker sometimes, blair did it in season 2 with carter.. and chuck tried to help her... there was no dan...

everyone is liking dan and blair because they are different, and i do admit chuck and blair have become a little repeditive, but can you ever see them actually settling down and have a true love like chuck and blair, i will admit dan and blair can be amusing sometimes, but you seem to have forgotten chuck and blair can be aswell!

they are the best.

most epic

most loveable couple in television history.

that is all

the princess and the prince BORING

the princess and the pauper ew..

the queen and the dark knight. oh yeah :)

Well I did watch the show from the beginning, but I don't believe that they are destined to be happy together.  I think they will continue to feel strongly about each other, maybe having passionnate affairs, but the only thing they are destined to do in a relationship is eventually make each other miserable.  For me it was clear from pretty early in the relationship.

Oh another thing I was wondering.  I assume that Blair is one of the "Princesses" in the title, but who are the others?  Also, does Frog refer to Louis or Dan?  Hmmmmm.

For me it's a tragic "lovestory", emphasis on tragic. Chuck and Blair have a strong attraction to one another and I believe that for Blair it was love. For Chuck IMO it was something he never had before so he thought that must be love. But if you truly love someone you'd do anything to make the other one happy. He just made her miserable though, played games, made her feel insecure about herself and sold her out in the end without thinking of the consequences. He felt so sure of her love for him that he was convinced he could do anything and she would just forgive him. Sure, love is not always easy and happy but if he had truly loved her he wouldn't even have thought about keeping the hotel for one second. You can lose a hotel and built another one but if you lose a person you can't just replace her. For him it was more a selfish "love". Blair cared about him, she was always there for him and it made him feel good. But in the end he only cared about himself like he always did. He didn't care about Blair as a person with feelings. The only reason he wanted her back then was bc he was alone again and he didn't like that. Then he had Eva and after that "sacred" Raina and now, that he realizes that Blair might be gone for him forever he makes an "effort" again. If you love a person you don't need competition to realize your feelings. I can't forget what he did to her from the start of their "epic, meant-to-be" relationship. Like Al said, it was clear from the very start that they eventually would make each other miserable. The attraction will always be there I think bc for Blair he was the first one she ever really loved and for Chuck she will be the one who made him feel something (even if it wasn't love IMO).

Like Safran said, even if you loved someone at 16 that doesn't mean you still love this person at 20. This destiny talk about Chair is pure BS IMO and I don't believe they are meant to be together.

Blair, Serena and Dan would be my guess since Serena was not pleased with the Blair-Dan-Connetion in this weeks episode.

I've also watched the show from the beginning and I was one of the most die-hard Chair fans until the middle of season 3. when Chuck and Blair got into a relationship, I admit they were boring but the love was still there. after the whole Chuck-pimping-Blair-out-to-Jack incident it was clear that this love was nothing more than sick passion. Chuck STILL doesn't believe that what he did was unethical, Blair forgave him which is twisted too, Chuck blamed his sleping with Jenny on effing FATE... this is NOT LOVE people. Chuck has turned into this animal that doesn't care about anyone but his own happiness. once upon a time, he was a sexy bad boy, into scheming and plotting BUT he was 17!!!!! now he's 20something, he should be maturing, let Blair be happy even if it's with another guy. not destroy her chances of finding someone who really cares about HER.

I was a sucker for Chuck once - now he's dead to me. Dan is the right guy for Blair.

It's TV so maybe Chuck can have yet another epiphany, make some grand gesture, win Blair back and be a good supportive boyfriend.  Blair can become Stepford Wife-ish again and support Chuck in his endeavors.  I don't think that's the Chuck and Blair that people came to love though.  If they put them together in a healthy relationship you have to lose a lot of their essence.  Otherwise you end up with a couple continually hurting each other.  Neither option makes for good TV any more.

Blair, Serena and Dan would be my guess since Serena was not pleased with the Blair-Dan-Connetion in this weeks episode.

Yes that does make the most sense, but I guess we'll see.
