B plans to go to Paris to visit Harold & Roman for Thanksgiving.
Dorota suggests she brings her father's pumpkin pie to the Van der Woodesns.
R & L are planning their Thanksgiving dinner. E still hasn't heard back from S.
D & V shopping for Thanksgiving. D invites V over.
N plans to visit this father in prison. Anne doesn't plan to visit. A package for Anne arrives and N is shocked by it's contents.
E & J talk about S on the phone; E is worried.
B bumps into C at the Van der Woodsens. (she arrives with Dorota and her baby)
B asks L about S. L thought S was with B. C doesn't know where S is either.
S wakes up in the motel alone. There are empty bottles of alcohol and drugs everywhere. S calls 911.
D & N talk about N's family issues. D gets a call from R about S and leaves N without telling him what's going on.
B, C, & E are at the hospital. R & L talk about S and then R calls J.
V gets a text from J when she arrives at the Van der Woodsens.
C makes calls to get "answers". D arrives at the hospital and B tells him what's going on.
B & D argue about whether or not S has relapsed.
N talks to Anne about the package and his father.
S's doctor suggests to L that S should go to the Ostroff Center.
R & L discuss S's situation.
Juliet visits Ben. She tells Ben about her plan for S.
R & L tell D, E & B that S might need to go to the Ostroff Center. D & E don't want S to go but B disagrees.
News of S's hospitalization breaks.
C tells everyone that there's press outside the hospital waiting.

S is upset that she's at the Ostroff Center. E & L try to comfort her.
D & N talk in the waiting room. N gets a text from Anne and leaves.
J confronts Juliet. Juliet sets up S again after J leaves. Juliet calls V to stop her from confessing to plotting against S.
D & S talk about what she remembers. D plans to run away with S.
C & B are at the Ostroff Center too. B is happy they can both be there for S, but C is uncomfortable.
J goes to talk to R but V has already confessed, but she blamed everything on J.
R is upset with J. L calls R to tell him S is missing again.
N is surprised to see Anne at the prison. She says she's there for N, not his father.
D & S are packing at the Humphrey loft. L & B get there in time to stop them.
J tries to defend herself but R thinks she should leave NYC.
L & D argue about S.
S & B talk about the past.
Another part of Juliet's plan is leaked to GG. The blast makes S rethink her decision to leave.
D & S kiss before L takes her back to the Ostroff Center.
R invites D over for Thanksgiving, but D wants to be alone.

C & B are in his limo taking a ride back home. B keeps talking while C tries to get her attention. She finally realizes this and holds his hand. B is having doubts about not being with C after what happened with S. But C reassures her that she was right before; they need to figure things out on their own first before getting back together.
C tells her he wants to be her friend, but it's difficult for him right now. But he's happy he got to spend time with her.
B kisses C on the cheek before leaving the limo as he watches her go.

Juliet & Ben talks some more. On her way out, Juliet runs into Nate's father.
Juliet also sees N and Anne talking before she leaves.
J goes to Juliet's apartment to confront her again, but finds it empty.
Anne and N talk about his father.
R tries to tell L what J did to S, but L blames herself. L receives a text.
J goes to see B. J confesses everything to her. B asks for J's help with Juliet, but J says she's leaving again. J also tells B that Juliet has left.
B wants to call C for help, but realizes she can't.
L meets Juliet. Juliet is still blackmailing her.
N learns something about his father that upsets him.
J sends V a text. V decides to go home for Thanksgiving.
C is drinking alone in his hotel. A pie from B arrives with a note. C reads it and smiles.
R, L & E have dinner with S at the Ostroff Center.
