I'm not even a Chair fan but I think the best Chair scene is when they're on the rooftop and Blair wants them to say they love each other.

Does anyone know what Blair said to Chuck earlier in the clip to make him laugh? After he said she looked like she could use a cocktail. I couldn't understand what she said.

Aw quite the scene!  Even though Chuck tried to hide it under his ego/bravado, you could tell he still loved her and was about ready to cry.  Vaguely, I think this is referencing the comment "They say if you love something, you should set it free." that Chuck made in jest in episode 1.18 (Ah yes, CB in the good l days Tongue out) and having him take it to a literal sense.

These scenes are actually so good, and I love the poignancy of taking Chuck & Blair's relationship to THAT level, a level of emotional meaning that most teen dramas don't always go.  The thing is though that this concept probably would've worked better within the context of a 2 hr movie, rather than the entire season of a TV show.  If you could encapsulate Chuck & Blair's emotional rollercoaster they've taken each on this season (and subtract some of the filler plotlines), into a 2-2.5 hr film, it probably would make a great film and wouldn't have seemed as dragged out, esp. to a younger audience.

aw yeah i agree bfan but i'm glad this particular relationship IS on gossip girl, the more they drag it out, the more intense the "excruciating pleasure" as blair said we'll feel when they finally do :) only two more episodes chuck and blair fans stay strong!
