No. If true this is a much bigger plot twist that Blair moaning about morning sickness on the street. Of course, if they choose to film outside they can't hide everything, but there are plenty of ways they could have done Blair running away from the alter without having to broadcast it to Manhatten's paparazzis. For me it seems like too big a twist to allow to leak out like this. Also, it's dark in the pictures. Who on earth has their wedding at night (apart from drunk people in Vegas)? Especially a huge society wedding like this. At the very least there is much more to this "scene" than Blair running away from the alter.

Someone was saying that she will marry Louis actually and then run away from the reception. Well, that wouldn't make sense? Still it's GG.
