chair wedding

   okay so i know there have been wedding refrences in episode 4x08 and 4x09, but i was watching 3x05 and i found something that is another refrence to a chair marriage. When rufly are actually getting married they do a close up of chuck then blair as they both look up, at each other,there were no other close ups other than that, so it got me thinking that there will be a chair marriage. Thoughts?

   I agree that the scene in 3x05 portrayed a strong Chair marriage foreshadowing...but I wouldn't like to see it. If anything - I'd only want them to get married in the finale of the series and for it only to be mentioned... I wouldn't want a whole ep centered around them.

   NO! I don't want the marriage in the last episode because I want to see how they're going to ruin their marriage and then go back together as they were between Season 2 finale and before Season 3 happened. A happy couple that we didn't get to see yet. I want the marriage as opener for Season 5, the divorce somewhere along Season 5 and then happy and rational Chair in the final Season Six.

   they'll get enagaged in some sort of season finale whether in season 4,5, or 6. all the cast is signed on for 6 seasons but it all depends on ratings.

   well, there has been an obvious engagement future for Chuck and Blair since the end of last season with Chuck having that HUGE engagement ring for Blair. They both want it. It will happen, the only question is, when?

   they both are so young,it would be pretty weird if they get married soon. third season finale(not the end,at all)was sweet and romantic,but engagment ring is one,marriage is other.

   But i agree with you, their is a lot of foreshadowing for a Chair marriage:)

    there shouldn't be divorce in Chair marriage

    I'd rather they get engaged at season 4 finale

    then get married at season 5 finale (which I think would b the last season of GG)
