   This boy has absolute worst writing happen to him. All of it is ridiculously overdramatized and very little of it is remotely relatable. The writers might as well send him to space when Blair uses her connections within extraterrestial community to abduct Chuck as means to revenge because Chuck is no fun. Shakes head and goes to catch a train home.

   Is it wrong to think for a split second :'good that boy could do with getting some sense knocked into him'.

   Some part of me would like to see a scene where he's doing his 'I'm Chuck Bass' spiel and just gets the s**t kicked out of him in return.

   Let's be clear I don't completely dislike Chuck as a character, although I think the writers didn't do the character any favours from mid season 3 onwards, but I just loath that 'I'm Chuck Bass' thing.

   It was funny when they were in high school, because then you had decadent high schooler being pompous.

   Now it has just gotten old.

   Still maybe the writers will finally give EW some material to show his versatility. He's a pretty descent actor.
