A: I have a sneaking suspicion that Chuck's mother is alive. Anyone else share my hunch?"
Read this at the first page on here. I was like all WTF? But then I started thinking, could it be true? It would've been totally crazy, didn't his mother die while giving birth to him, or was it the plane crash? I'm all in crazy thoughts right now, lol.
What do you guys think?

But what had to happen that she lived all that time somewhere and didn't even wanted to see her son? Or... she wanted, but Bart didn't let her? Then, the question is WHY? According to the episodes, Bart loved his wife and couldn't make up his mind to the fact that she's gone.
However, it would be really logical if Chuck's mom would appear now (in case she's alive), when Bart is dead. That would be the subject to brush off Jack Bass.

One of the posters had a brillant thought on Chuck that I read somewhere on one of these threads that Lily could be his mom?~I am trying to find that post again, I thought it was a possibility!

Ditto, yeah I've read that somewhere to..and sure it could be true!
But then I know another spoiler, which makes it completely untrue.
Hmm, but who knows? it would've been very interesting. Maybe even though they make someone totally random Lily's child, it could be the wrong child, and then they find out it's actually Chuck. Idk..anything can happend!

My mother thought that Chuck was Lily and Rufus's kid when she saw 'Oh brother where Bart Thou' but I brushed it off... its almost plausible now

there is NO way that lily is chuck's mom. that's ridiculous. that means that she would have had chuck and serena at the same time? remember that they're the same age. that's physically impossible

also in the episode where bart and chuck work things out and bart apologizes, they show a "picture" of c's mom on his night stand. I dont think shes alive it the usual type of stuff when TV ppl dont have real answers so they say something that'll get ur mind working. anyways if she was alive then bart wud look like the worst person ever bcz im sure he'd have known. shes not alive. thts b too weird. and lily is NOT chucks son! how many pp's mother can she be?

i think that that was just a rumor and if it is true then i think that its a really dumb story line. 1st of all how could no one have known that she wasnt dead and 2nd i kinda like that Chuck has no one besides Blair cause it brings them so much closer and 3rd SERIOUSLY THE WRITTERS CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS, BRINGING SOME ONE BACK FOR THE 'DEAD' IS SO DUMB:(

hmmm, well if it was true, than i guess chuck would maybe be happier and stop womanizing? who knows or mad that she has been gone and lied about it..
but eh, not a big fan of this storyline that i hear so far..

MY THEORY IS THAT CHUCK'S MOTHER DIDN'T DIE, BUT DECIDED TO LEAVE BART. (I MEAN WE ALL KNOW THAT HE'S CONTROLLING) SO TO GET BACK AT HER BART TOOK CHUCK AWAY FROM HIS MOTHER AND WITH ALL THE MONEY BART BASSHOLE HAS SHE COULDN'T FIGHT HIM BACK. BUT NOW THAT HE'S DEAD SHE'S FREE TO COME BACK INTO HER SON'S LIFE. JUST A THEORY.
