If it's Vanessa. I wouldn't be happy nor sad about it. I don't hate her, but I don't like how shes stiring up things with Blair and Chuck. Right now shes just useless she has no solid storyline. shes like a floater or something. Shes always just THERE. and her scenes last only a minute. They should bring out the real Vanessa like the one in the books!

IT'S BART!
It's ridicoulous to think it's Georgina. Not only had she got nothing to do with the story line right now, she's not standing in the way of any couple. It's not Nate, he's an important main character. And he's not standing in the way of any couple either. From what I tell he dosen't care about Blair and Chuck anymore. It's not Rufus, if he dies they'll have to bring Alison back, and she was boring. No one liked her. Plus-once again- he's not standing in the way of any couple. I did at first think it could be Vanessa and that she might be standing in the way of Nate and Jenny but then I read it was a male, so that rules her out. Plus, she's not intresting enough for anyone to care if she's gone. Which brings me to Bart, HE (notice the he, as in male) is in the way of a long awaited couple, possibly the longest awaited couple on the show. Seeing how things were happening for Lilly and Rufus from the first episode. Plus his death with cause some great drama for the already angst-ridden Chuck (who I love). There probally even be a ingeritance battle between him and Lilly. That'll make for some great t.v.
It's Bart, end of story.

I've seen references to spoilers from scripts and I had actually gone to that page once but now I lost it and does anyone how I find those spoilers now?
And it's totally Bart. Lily and Rufus could qualify as a long-awaited couple although them getting together would make S and D weird when it happens again. Chuck? please, he'll get over it. Maybe Blair will be there to console him...

Bart doesn't die, neither does Rufus. They are both in pictures from future episodes.

everyone is convinced that it isn't bart now because he has been seen filming in the past few days. and, while i appreciate that, i don't think it should discredit the fact that EVERY OTHER PIECE OF EVIDENCE points to him. not to mention, his is the character that makes the most sense to kill. there's a reason it's obvious.
i'd sooner believe they are filming out of sequence before the winter hiatus than ignore the probability that bart is going to die.

Well my first pick would definatey Bart Bass. Aaron is in the pics of the funeral scene so unless Josh is taking the show in a whole new direction, I dont think it's him. (although that would make me happy). I dont think it's Nate. I think Josh learned his lesson when he killed Marissa and The OC ended, not to mention Nate is also in the funeral pics. Why would chuck be upset about Allison dying? Although that could develop into a good story: Allison dies, Lily wants to comfort Rufus, affair, blah blah blah. My second pick would be Lily. Unlikely, but still possible.

It cannot be Nate Archibald, he was in the pictures where he's mourning someone too (or wasn't he?)
If it was Vanessa probably Blair wouldn't be so concerned... while on the other hand Nate would... and since in the pictures of the shootings they were both really discrete I don't think it's her...
I don't know could be really anyone... I really hope it's not Bart Bass though (even if he's actually the most obvious sigh!)
