saw this at another forum:
I went to the set today and I've got some spoilers regarding Chuck's upcoming arc. The scene that they were filming featured Chuck and Evelyn. There was a lot of yelling in the scene so it was really easy to figure out what was going on. What I could clearly hear was, "He is incapable of love. He will use you to get my hotel and then leave you." There was another point in the scene where he was screaming at her, "Get me my hotel back! Get me my hotel back!" After they finished filming the scene with Evelyn, they filmed another scene where Chuck was talking on the phone with somebody, but we couldn't hear a thing that was going on.I think that it's pretty obvious that Evelyn and Jack are together and Evelyn is in love with him. Jack is probably using her to get the company back and seems to manage to at least get control of one of Chuck's hotels.On a side note, as I was leaving, I noticed that they were filming just outside of a 7-11 as well. My friend and I thought that this was the weirdest thing because 7-11 is decidedly un-Gossip Girl.

i dont think she is his mother. i think she has something with jack and agrees to be a part of his plan against chuck, chuck says that jack is incampable of love, maybe he wants to open her eyes and make her help him to get his hotel back

It makes more sense though since they ended the debarted making us think that Chuck's mom is alive when in reality she won't be

Yeah, Nanda saw this too and have the same thoughts as you...it's def interesting and want to see how this plays out. Of course, now we can figure out why he looked soooo pissed in those new set pics. CAN'T WAIT!!!!

I hope for that. I mean, how much would it suck if she really was his Mum, showing up out of the blue after 18 years, hooking up with her death ex-husband's brother and helping him to take his hotel from her son? Chuck would be one step from jumping down the rooftop.
But hey, the writers manage to fuck up everything, so...
I totally think Blair is the one finding out about Chuck's pseudo Mum and dear uncle Jack. She's got the sexual radar.

The only thing I think about is Chuck. Can you imagine how he would feel if this woman is really his mother, and worst... if she isn't and she's scheming with Jack. The writers keep playing with Chuck's feelings in the most cruel way...

It looks like Chuck with his possible "mother" and Serena & Eric with their biological father, Keith, aren't the only ones to have a parent "come back"...
Scott Patterson who played Luke on Gilmore Girls has joined 90210 to play the biological father of Liam. Patterson will appear in multiple episodes when the CW teen soap returns in 2010. Jack comes to L.A. after a stint in prison, looking to earn some seed money and settle down by opening a tackle shop on the marina. It's music to Liam's ears, as he sees his dad's return as an opportunity to finally get out of his stepfather's house.
Yeah Liam's father is coming back, but his almost girlfriend, Naomi, 'lost' both of her parents...with her mother running off to NY and her father disappearing with his hotel/real estate business after banging the real estate agent. Naomi had been living with her older sister, Jen, but since she kicked Jen out...she's all alone...just like Blair!
