   I think she slapped them because someone saw them and I think it's Nate and that's why chuck is talking to Nate about why he kissed blair in the promo.

   I agree violence is never the answer Juliette. I for one am interested to see how people respond to Blair hitting Chuck- with everything that went down in that scene last year in Chuck's apartment where he punched the window. This time it is Blair using violence with Chuck.

   This announced kiss-slap scene is a sign for good entertainment. I'm sure it will be a great scene because of the comic transition of Blair slapping her favourite Basstard just after kissing him.

   While I agree it may be used in a comedic way - the issue of violence between Chuck and Blair is raising its head again. Regardless of if it's meant to be funny I think Blair hitting or slapping Chuck is a bit too soon after the drama in his apartment last season
