    Discussion of the writer's bizarre and stupid ways, the fact that this is NOT CHAIR this season, and sexism in one fantastic thread with great posters?!!!!

    THe writers do need to be held accountable for this and not just allowed to skate to the next thing in my opinion.

    I've seen worst blatantly obvious cases of sexism in Mad Men than Gossip Girl (although MM is set in 1963 currently, so Don's workplace comments to Peggy, and Betty's depression at being "only a housewife," were par for the course back in the day), and even if Chair aren't showing much heat now, I'll still hold out for the end of the season because you never know.  Probably if anything is shown for them beyond a few seconds of kissing, it'd be a pleasant surprise.

    Truthfully though I now think part of the problem lies in trying to run too many storylines at once per episode, SL in which nearly "every regular" has a scene, plus the fact that they cut to and from commercials too often, it eats up the hour far too fast and possibly left the best stuff on the cutting room floor for sake of time.

    If they didn't think they had to show Serena, Nate, Vanessa, Dan, Olivia, Chuck, Blair, Lily, Rufus, and Jenny in EVERY episode every week, then there'd be more time to focus on key characters and key storylines per week. dykwim?

     I'm curious, were the real writers with balls got kidnapped and got replaced by care bears? I loove the couply chuck and blair, we want spice too, Chuck gets my blood running lol, oh btw about Porky Duff, I'm not going to take it back she did got bloated after her lame attempt to be like the next Kate Moss lol
