   Brendahere: Gossip Girl please! Louis is the worst. Please tell me there is hope that she’ll ditch him for Dan? Or Chuck? I don’t even care which one! There is more than hope, my friend! I can tell you there will be a pretty epic scene involving Dan and Blair in one of the upcoming episodes that shows he’s still very much an important part of her life. And there will be a Blair and Louis scene that shows Chuck may be even more important to Blair than anyone.

   Amie...are you talking about Chuck or Nate...I'm so confused now...wasn't Nate the one growing up with Blair and the one supposed to marry her in the first place...Chuck did have a relationship with Blair, but it was toxic. They should both agree to stay friends and move on. But the writers won't let it happen. As for this spoiler, it's old news, it still about Dair being friends and Chair being 'destined' to be with each other.

   I think it was established that Nate, Serena and Vlair haf knows eachother from childhood. Yes Nate was her first boyfriend and the original perfect socialite husband but that doesn't mean Chuck wasn't around back then. That being said I quite agree that the history that Blair and Chuck have automatically means they have to be together till death. People change, and their dreams and need with them. This doesn't mean the people from your past just disappear or no longer play an important Rome. Just à different one at times.

   hum....I do agree with you ...But as long as growing up together and caring for each other, I get that Nate and Chuck were best friends, and so were Serena and Blair...

   But it's not like Blair had any personnal talk with Chuck or anything... They were scheming at times together, but their 'personal' story (friendship/relationship) developped only during season 1.

   Blair had this perfect vision of her Nate and Serena but 'Nate's best friend Chuck' never was really a caring loving character to either Serena or Blair(even forcing himself on Serena in the first episode)...

   Or maybe I got the whole first season wrong...

    They barely schemed together in season three and the relationship was stable and somewhat healthy up until the hotel episode, which was near the end of the season, and from what I recall, she did her personal talk to him more than Serena before his mom drama came out
