It's too obvious that Blair will be roomed with Vanessa that I wish they hadn't done that, it's so expected, it happened in the books too! If Vanessa ruins something with Chair I'm going to have her characters head.

Sorry, meant I was hopeful after ep 22 and ep 23. Ep 24 was back to the hacky writing, IMO.

JKay, I know...believe me I know...it has broken my heart too. After going through everything with C and B and then things changing in ep. 16...and when I found out that CV really did hook up..SO ANGRY AND HURT...
I don't see much evidence right now as you well know because I think they are just doing damage control and are like chickens with their head cut off. I guess I am just hoping they can recreate what they created before. Hoping that in Season 3 the writers will be able to bring it back around. But maybe it has been ruined too much - time will tell for me.
I am hoping with the summer off, they will take time to really think about how the fans have responded and maybe even been listening to what fans on here are saying.

MC, ah, always the voice of reason. :) You're probably right. I just...they'd sucked me back in, and now the V/B thing. The chickens with the head cut off is probably the best analogy. Well, I'll be hanging around for a while detoxing, for your posts and a few others. :)

well i think that the C and V thing wont hit the fan until nenxt yr and that will probably be one of the reasons blair and chuck break up. But i definitely think the JACK/BLAIR hookup will come up but of course he will forgive her bcuz he has his own little secret with V. but next yr blair will find out and shyt will hit the fan.

I honestly don't even think they're going to mention the Chuck/Vanessa hook-up. It was such a sore spot with fans, I doubt they would revisit that. I also doubt they would put Chuck and Blair together finally just to break them up in the 3rd season. Let's not get ahead of ourselves. I'm just looking forward to seeing Chuck and Blair together- it's about time.

M.C, I think the writers can turn the show around.......if they start reading our posts. LOL! I have read so many great ideas of how the show should be and fanfic has been awesome!
I will be completely honest in that I started watching the show solely for Chair. But then they started gutting them after 2X13 and never quite recovered them. That is what I hope for the finale and Season 3. A steady incline to the show and it's chemistry restored!
