NEW -- SPOILER W/ BART BASS
-
Oh c'mon. Bart Bass in a shelter? And what the hell should Blair doing there then? Picking Bart up? No, no, no. Something is going to happen there.
Twenty bucks on 'something really bad is going to happen there and Bart shows Chuck that he can't protect her'.

could be.
but it can also be them looking at blair, but she is with another man (romantically), preferably Dan or Nate...maybe even jack bass. thus explaining chuck's death glare and his father's psuedo smile.
i hope its Dan.. yehyeah!!!

good point, it would explain chuck's angry face, i dont think it's gonna be dan because i really cant see them having a long term relationship, but i can see it being nate, chuck always had insecuries about nate/blair, seeing them together in the future makes sense, but if it was nate i think we would have chace's photos too. sounds like a good episode, doesnt it?

This is definitely from this season, as Chuck looks older in this pic - not as young as he did in seasons past.

i think the point of bart's coming back is to show chuck that though he is trying to be different of his father he is just becoming him, so i think until episode 3x12 that's the chuck we are gonna get, obsessed with work and so much alike his father and grown up for his age. i think 3x12 is gonna be a turning point for his character.
Yeah I think so too. I'd love to see an easy balance between mature Chuck and tongue-in-cheek fun loving Chuck. I think that it could be a turning point for Chuck again, but I also wish it could be a positive turning point for Blair too. We'll see!

I don't get why Chuck needs to change. What is he doing that is so wrong or OOC? This season he is just a more mature version of himself, which means his character is well written since he has had some growth in the course of the story.
All this Chuck-hate seems to me is coming from Blair-fans who resent Chuck's growth because Blair hasn't had any. I guess it sucks that Blair hasn't changed much since season 1, but hating on Chuck for it is dumb. If anything Blair is the one who needs to have a turning point and change.

Okay I'm gonna crosspost this like hell, so forgive me:
Ed Westwick and Leighton Meester film scenes for upcoming "Gossip Girl" episodes outside of a homeless shelter. Ed was dressed in a dark suit with a grey scarf while Leighton strutted around in a 30's style outfit, complete with hat, gloves and long coat. Also on set was Robert John Burke and Andrew McCarthy, who have appeared in multiple episodes.

Did you just say Andrew McCarthy aka Rick Rhodes aka Lily's father? Why is he on set? With Bart Bass?

Didn't Rick die already? Maybe ghost of Lily's dad and ghost Bart are visiting as a pair.

OMG. What if Chuck's the one involved in that car accident and that's why he's seeing all these ghosts?

Blair: Just because we can't be together doesn't mean I don't love you.
