   How do you even know it's a love interest? Have you got any solid proof? Until there is a written statement from the shows producers stating that this girl is his love interest I won't believe it. Also just from the way she's dressed seems to me like she is someone working with Dan. Also she doesn't even look that much like blair. You could say that all brown haired, reasonably pretty and stylish women look like Blair just for the sake of it
