I already knew all of this information and more.
The guy is for Serena. Stephanie Savage herself confirmed this, he'd by way too old for Jenny anyway.
It looks like the guy will be the main man in the 'Anne Hathaway storyline'

you know how in the next episode summary they said that venessa flirts with another guy? well i'm thinking it's probably carter baizen cos we saw him in set pics awhile back!

i'd make a recap. what we know is that:
-chuck is looking for infos about this secret society
-rufus and lly are planning to live together and chuck does not agree
-rufus is going to have financial problems
-there's a new guy with accent
-there's an italian man too and georgina coming for help
-vanessa is probably flirting with someone and nate coming back or something with blair
-nate grandpa and cousin are coming
-there's the schoolplay
and also
-chuck's birthday
-the prom

Well I am a total CHAIR supporter. but I guess Blair needs someone to vent on, so Nate being all kind hearted is a good option for her.
I honestly hate the stupid advertisements on gossipgirlinsider titled :i think she knows; or somethings, it is really nasty. especially the sick photo. GROSSSSS
Miss. Carr makes me wanna barf. But Dan makes me want to punch the tv screen. He still beleives he isnt "one of those gossip girl sick people" but he really is.
Gross, how highly he thinks of himself. And jenny is the same. And rufus?? he in my opinion is gross how he loves lilly all those years and follows her around until bart dies, who knows maybe he killed bart. The humphrey family is sick how they throw each other at Miss carr, the gay guy jenny dated, lilly bass, i mean really. they should be the HUMPfree family.

RUMORS :
- Blair might be having problems with anorexia and bulemia . They say that she looks really plae and is not as well dressed as always .If you re-watch the Thanks Giving episode in the 1st season , you can see how she used to be. She eats a whole cake , and calls Serena for help.
- Eleanor Waldorf might be pregnant.
- Poppy Lifton , Georgina Sparks and Jack will be coming back. They say Georgina will not be bringing trouble his time she will have a heroic act.
-Chuck and Blair are probably going to be together soon, they said Jack will threaten Blair about what happened on NYE , he will try to kiss and make her go to bed with him. Chuck will see that from the window of a building (he is on he phone with S) he will drop the phone , and run after her. Blair in the meantime will break something in Jacks head , as she is running down the satis she trips , and falls down. Chuck arrives and helps her (wraps her around him) Jack is looking down at them smiling.

This sounds like a paraphrased version of a plotline (made-up plotline) posted by someone called Proteinshake in this site.
A lot of the stuff sounds like stuff with the aboved mentioned Proteinshake so you'll have to forgive my skepticism.
Sadly I just don't believe any of it.

I don't want to offend anyone, but i remember that during the all proteinshake mess it was told that "she" signed in with a different name. Maybe it's you GGaddict? If i am wrong or i remember bad, I'm sorry. But please stop with all this elevator scene. There is any evidence that Jack is coming back? He knows well that if he came back, Lily will denunce him. So.. his coming back it's really pointless..
