   I found this on a site. Whether it is reliable or not, you decide.

    

   And where do those final scenes take place? At least some of them are in the hospital. Has Jenny spiraled down from drug dealer to drug overdose? Thankfully, no. But we do have confirmation that Dorota will give birth to her baby in the finale! We can't wait to see how Blair reacts to being shoved down to second place in Dorota's heart.

   Wow how long has dorota been preggo??? I wonder if dorota had girl if she would name her yale like b's little sis in the books. I don't think blair would get jealous but then again she might since she's only daughter and is dorota's main focus point.
