   I could have imagined Serenate as a couple before the bad outdoing and they started to date on screen.

   We all the know they put the couples in the end together that have the biggest fanbase. In this case it's Dan/Serena and Chuck/Blair.

   I liked them before they actually got together. But IDK, everything about them was so rushed, writters could handle that story better, i bet they'd be more likeable. They just felt so unnatural to me, writters should've showed us how Serena actually decided to be with him...

   yeah.. they were kinda rushed,not like D and S . But i'm really hoping that...... if serena and dan go back together and broke up i know they will serena will actually realizeeeee that she loves nate for real...and no they put the couples that are  best for eachother,i mean in the oc,the biggest fanbase were  marrissa and ryan..but they weren't exactly together in the end.

    Sorry, not trying to bash, but I just don't think Nate and Serena are right for eachother.  Some of the reasons have been mentioned by others here.  But they are also just too similar and they don't bring out the best in eachother.  For me Serena was a much more appealling character when she was with Dan and trying to be a better person.  This season she's just stagnated.
