At 0:36 Blair looks at a group of pregnant women with a baby, and she hide her belly with the bag the entire time.
honestly, i didn't see any of this. she just merely glanced which is not unusual since the women were along the way and line of vision, and i didnt get the feeling that she was hiding her belly.

Really, this. People are forgetting about this at least decade long spectre that's been shadowing Blair called bulimia. Her hiding her stomach could be a signal of her trying to hide her shame, as bulimic people usually are unhappy with their bodies. Maybe she had a miscarriage and is going back to bulimia to deal with the guilt she feels over losing her child to bulimia(as sufferers of eating disorders are more likely to experience troubles during pregnancy).
She could be pregnant ofcourse, and there are a lot of people hedging their bets on this fact; but i'm still betting my money on Eleanor to come through in the clutch.
